No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows for faster checkout, order tracking, and exclusive offers.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us immediately at support@jdsyork.shop. Once an order is dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

We offer flat rate shipping for $1.99 on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Orders are delivered within 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday). You'll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Q: What is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday, will be processed the same business day. Orders after this time will be processed the next business day.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unworn items with tags still attached. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.

Q: How do I return an item?

Email support@jdsyork.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and address details.

Q: When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Q: Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
